A cornerstone of our organization will be retiring at the end of February. Brenda Bailey has been with FutureHeights since 2023 and has played a key role in making the organization what it is today. Brenda stepped into the role of interim manager in early 2024 amid the organization’s restructuring, transitioning to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in early 2025. Without her help during that crucial time, we’re not sure where the organization would be. In 2025, Brenda served as Heights Music Hop manager, greatly expanding the event’s economic impact for our community. She touched every part of the work we do and FutureHeights is better off because of it. Thank you, Brenda, for everything. We wish you an enjoyable, exciting, and relaxing next chapter.
